Booking rules
- A booking may be cancelled up to 3 weeks before the start date — in that case a full refund applies.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks before the start date, no refund is available.
Stay rules
- Smoking cigarettes inside the cabin is not allowed — you may smoke outside. E-cigarettes may be used indoors.
- Please leave the cabin in the same condition in which you received it.
- Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the table.
- All rubbish should go into bin bags. Please take the bags to the bin next to the garden shed. Do not leave rubbish bags outside — animals tear them open.
- If you are staying with pets, please clean up after them and make sure they do not damage anything.
On-site amenities
- Firewood for the bonfire is next to the garden shed — at your disposal.
- Bicycles are in and next to the garden shed — at your disposal.
- The cabin key is attached together with the house keys.
- You may not adjust the gas heater or electrical installation, including fuses, on your own unless the owner gives permission.
Parasol, jacuzzi and departure
- Please fold the parasol at night and when leaving the cabin. Do not open it in strong wind.
- When leaving, close the doors, cover the jacuzzi and lower the blinds. Do not unplug the jacuzzi.

Rule violations and damage
Failure to comply with these rules or any damage caused may result in a financial penalty proportionate to the rule broken or the damage incurred.
